Stained Glass Repair & Restoration

With the purchase of an historic home, it is sometimes difficult, if not impossible, to find help with repairs. Mike did a beautiful job on the restoration of my stained glass window. He was so easy to work with from start to finish. I will always be grateful to him for his artistic ability and talent to bring my window back to life. The original artist would be proud.

Mike with Sea of Glass was able to create such a detailed and perfect stained glass window project, that it would be virtually impossible to tell which was the original 1800's glass, and which is the new window. Amazing work!

I had Mike do glass repair to our sidelight panels for our Victorian home located just outside of Boston, MA. We had a new pulpit made for the main sanctuary of our church. The front face of the pulpit was fully open so we could insert something suitable that would obscure the speaker but give beauty to this furnishing that would be the focal point to the platform. We asked Mike to design and fabricate a leaded glass panel to fill the space. We wanted it to include the logo of the church and our mission statement, To Know Christ and Show Christ. Mike created a piece that was beyond any expectation we had. It brought the artistic touch of an old cathedral charm in a modern 1400-seat auditorium. It was perfect for our church. Mike is an artist and craftsman. Anyone who uses him will observe a perfectionist at his trade.

I was so fortunate to have Mike do the repair of the broken stained glass and weakened lead structure on the large front door panel of my 1929 bungalow. He made every effort to use old glass, or match the old sections as nearly as possible. He ensured that there were adequate structural repairs as well. The repairs were so expertly done that he needed to point them out to me when it was finished. I completely trust his expertise, which has been built on years of experience of the highest quality and attention to detail. You can tell that he loves his work.
